Toshiba has announced that its 9 Series 4K UHD TVs will hit UK stores in the week starting Monday, 9 September. Three different screen sizes will be available, 58, 65 and 84-inch, and prices will start at £2,999.

The 58L9363DB, 65L9363DB and 84L9363DB models each feature Ultra High-Definition pixel resolutions of 3840 x 2160, CEVO 4K processing with an upscaling engine to ensure 1080p content looks great, 800 AMR (Active Motion & Resolution) picture processing, and active Full HD 3D support.

A 2D to 3D conversion is possible, while Toshiba Cloud TV offers access to several online services including Netflix, Deezer, BBC iPlayer, Blinkbox, YouTube and more.

There is also a built-in internet browser and the TVs are Skype-ready.

Connections available include four 4K-supported HDMI ports, Intel WiDi for wireless screen mirroring of a compatible PC, Wi-Fi and two USB ports. And SD card slot is also present.

The TVs feature Freeview HD tuners and Audyssey Premium Television audio.

They will be available from stores up and down the country, including Selfridges and other local AV retailers. John Lewis will also be ranging the sets through its online store.

The 58L9363DB will retail for £2,999, the 65L9363DB for £5,499 and the 84L9363DB for £13,999.
