Logitech's Google TV launches got the tech world talking, but, as always, the excitement is now building for the next announcement.

And, with that in mind, all eyes are firmly fixed on Sony, who plans to reveal its Google TV line-up at an event in New York on 12 October.

And as luck would have it, Sony Insider has done a bit of digging and declared what it thinks we may be seeing.

The report suggests that we can expect four different sized TV models; 24-inch, 32-inch, 40-inch and 46-inch, with the model numbers NSX-24GT1, NSX-32GT1, NSX-40GT1 and NSX-46GT1 given.

The price of the smallest is unknown as of yet, but SI is stating that for the 32-inch model you'll have to spend $1299.99, $200 more for the 40-incher and $1899.99 for the big daddy.

Given that Logitech announced the Revue set top box at $299.99, which makes any HDTV a Google TV, we can see more people going down that road to begin with.

But, there are also murmurs that Sony may be getting in on the Google TV set top box action, with the NSZ-GT1. This rumoured device is also said to feature an eject button, which indicates that it could have Blu-ray integration as well.

Stay tuned to Pocket-lint for all the Sony Google TV news on 12 October where we're hoping that all will be revealed.
