Panasonic has announced the release of two new LCD TVs, the TX-32LXD600 and TX-26LXD600, in the UK.
The two models promise 178 degree viewing angle both vertically and horizontally, and, being part of the Viera range, offer high-tech functionality.
Two HDMI ports mean that the new models are ready for the high-def revolution, while an SD card slot provides a quick way to view images straight out of an SD-card-supporting digital camera.
Ultra-slim speakers feature twin passive radiator woofers to reproduce sound down to 350Hz.
Panasonic says that the technology, including Active Light Control and Active Contrast systems, will deliver clearer, crisper images with a greater dynamic range for truer blacks and whiter brights.
Both TVs are available from September.
