Netflix will premiere its first animated show for children in all territories on Christmas Eve.

The show, called Turbo FAST, is produced by DreamWorks Animation Television, and it's based on characters created by David Soren from the DreamWorks Animation film Turbo.

Described as the first Netflix original series for kids, DreamWorks' Turbo Fast is about the character Turbo and his crew as they go on new adventures, race, and take on challengers.

Netflix subscribers can stream the first five episodes of Turbo Fast on 24 December, with additional new episodes premiering throughout the year.
