At first glance, you could be forgiven for thinking that this is an iPhone 4 laying on a plinth or dock and, in some respects, you wouldn't be far from the truth. However, while it is touchscreen and comes with the ability to be app-laden, it is slightly bigger than an Apple device.

In fact, it's a 70-inch touchscreen monitor from Korean company Hyundai (the IT department, anyway), that can be used as a normal TV/display or, thanks to a swivelling base, laid flat as a table. Think Microsoft Surface with a pivot.

Now, obviously, this is a mock-up, and there are scant few other details at present. But, it is believed that the 70-incher will be a genuine product sometime in the future, with Hyundai stating that it is a multi-touch device and could be used in businesses and for educational purposes.

However, Pocket-lint would just like to have one to play table-top Space Invaders while quaffing on harsh pints of Hoffmeister. Ah, the good old days.
