You probably saw the onslaught of announcements coming out of D23 on Twitter. It was hard to miss them. After all, Disney used its semi-annual expo to release trailers for several upcoming projects across many of its brands and franchises, including Marvel, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and Avatar. If you didn't have the time to catch every single one, don't fret. Pocket-lint rounded them all up, right here, for you to enjoy when you get a chance.

What is D23?

Officially called the D23 Expo 2022, it's been described as the ultimate Disney fan event, as Disney uses it to provide updates on its movies, shows, games, and theme parks. Held at the Anaheim Convention Center, this year's convention started on 9 September and ended on 11 September. It was Disney's first D23 convention since 2019. Disney used the show to celebrate its 100th anniversary (which is technically next year) and to release several movie and show trailers.

The biggest trailers from D23

Pocket-lint split up the movie and show trailers below, by their studio or division (such as Marvel). Disney has yet to release a couple trailers it showed behind closed doors, so we plan to update this guide later when those become available.

Is that all that happened at D23?

Nope. There were several announcements as well as other trailers and sneak peeks revealed behind closed doors. So far, Disney has only released the trailers we shared above. But it could release more in the coming weeks and months.

Indiana Jones 5 trailer

A trailer for the untitled Indiana Jones 5 film was shown at a presentation from Disney division 20th Century Studios at the festival at the Anaheim Convention Center. Unfortunately, it has not been made public yet.

Avatar: The Way of Water trailer

Director James Cameron attended D23 to discuss Avatar: The Way of Water, and the crowd was given 3D glasses to watch some never-before-seen footage from the upcoming movie. That footage has not been released yet.
