Amazon's Prime Day of deals kicks off at 6pm tonight, Monday 10 July, exclusively for Prime members. If you don't currently subscribe to Prime, you can sign up for £79/year here.

As part of the Prime Day deals, Amazon is knocking £10 off the price of a Fire TV Stick with Alexa remote control. Instead of the usual cost of £40, Prime members can get one for £30 from 6pm tonight until midnight tomorrow.

The Fire TV Stick with Alexa remote, which we reviewed here, is a dongle-like device that plugs directly into a HDMI port on your TV, connects to your wireless network and gives you access to hundreds of apps, games and other streaming services. If you have a Prime membership, you can playback Full HD versions of TV shows and films as part of your subscription. You can also access BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4, Demand 5 and even Netflix.

The latest version also comes with an Alexa remote which lets you search for content by talking into the remote. You can also carry out all other Alexa voice commands and some come with Visual Skill cards that pop-up on the screen.
