Amazon-owned Lovefilm has signed a content deal with Scripps Networks Interactive that will add a plethora of lifestyle and cookery shows from its Food Network and Travel Channel stations.

TV programmes from both the UK and US have been added to Lovefilm Instant, the on-demand subscription streaming service. Customers can now access shows such as Man vs Food Nation, Restaurant: Impossible, House Hunters International and Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern.

It adds more variety to the line-up, with the normal fare being drama and comedy TV shows and movies. Amazon Instant in the US also has a deal in place with Scripps Networks Interactive, so this expands that relationship across the pond.

Lovefilm Instant is available across multiple devices, including iPad, iPhone, Android, PS3, Wii, Wii U, Xbox 360 and Smart TVs and Blu-ray players. You can also access the content through a laptop or desktop computer.
