Acer has announced the latest addition to its range of ultra-portable projectors fresh from the CeBIT trade show in Hannover, Germany.
The Acer K11 pico-projector claims ultra-portable status through its built-in USB and SD card readers as well as titchy dimensions - measuring just 122 x 116mm - so it should be small enough to fit in your pocket unless you're one for hipsters.
Into the mix Acer is also adding DLP technology with LED tech apparently making the lamp good for 20,000 hours as well as improving durability. The Acer K11 is also equipped with an HDMI port meaning it should deal with any HD content you care to run through it.
The projector offers 200 ANSI Lumens brightness, a 2000:1 contrast ratio and can project both widescreen and 4:3 format images, whilst the Acer InstantPack tech means the power cord can be unplugged right after the projector is turned off, without fear of damage. Useful if you need to leave in a hurry.
