Epson has pulled out all the stops for its latest projector. Trying to achieve the optimum viewing capabilities for its consumers, the EMP-TW1000 has some challenging features.

This is Epson’s first LCD projector to incorporate the new Epson full HD 1080p panel. It is HD Ready incorporating Epson's 3LCD technology. Picture quality is achieved by integrating the latest HDMI v1.3 connectivity and a new powerful lens with 2.1x zoom.

The home cinema unit includes the Dream Six panel, which features a native 16:9 resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Epson claim to improve viewing quality further with a contrast ratio of 12000:1 and a brightness of 1200 ANSI Lumens.

Epson’s vertical and horizontal lens shift technology means the projector can be positioned off centre without distortion to the projected image. The lens can be shifted 96% up and down, as well as 47% left and right.

It is available now for £2599, including a 3-year next day, on-site repair or replace projector warranty (UK).
