The first Jurassic World trailer is finally here.

Jurassic World is the much-anticipated fourth installment in the Jurassic Park film series. It's set 22 years after where we left off in the original Jurassic Park, though Isla Nublar is now a working dinosaur park owned by the the Masrani Corporation. Actor Chris Pratt, who also starred in Guardians of the Galaxy, plays the lead character of Owen, an on-site staff member who does behavior research on Velociraptors.

Colin Trevorrow is directing the film. He co-wrote the screenplay with Derek Connolly. Patrick Crowley, Frank Marshall, and Steven Spielberg are signed on as producers. In fact, Spielberg is an executive producer, probably because Amblin Entertainment and Legendary Pictures are the production companies behind the film. Universal Pictures will distribute the whole thing.

Watch the trailer to find out what makes Jurassic World so...terrifying. Massive hint: A hybrid dinosaur gets loose. And if you want more Jurassic World goodness, check out the Masrani website. It's a fake site of course but setup as though it were real. You can even "apply for a job" and get a Jurassic World staff member badge. Cool, right?

Jurassic World is set to premiere in the US on 12 June 2015.
