Three has come to the table with its subsidised iPad plans - and it looks like a better deal than you'll get with Everything Everywhere (Orange and T-Mobile) offerings.

The prices of the iPads are exactly the same - £199 for the 16GB version, £249 for the 32GB and £349 for the 64GB one.

And the monthly fee is the same - £25 (actually it's £2 cheaper if you're not an existing Everything Everywhere customer) - but when it comes to data allowance Three is the clear winner.

And that's because it's offering a whopping 15GB a month, which blows the EE deal of 1GB (plus 1GB more between 12am and 4am) out of the water.

Sure, you'll not get access to the BT Openzone Wi-Fi network, but that "unlimited" option from EE is, in fact, capped at a fair-use 3GB, so you're still getting plenty more with Three anyway.

"We are delighted to launch new pricing options for iPad with Wi-Fi and 3G, in addition to our competitive SIM-only plans for iPad in the UK”, said Marc Allera, sales and marketing director at Three.

“Our network is the largest 3G network in the country and came first in the two most recent YouGov surveys of Mobile Broadband customers - ensuring our customers enjoy the very best mobile performance on iPad".

All of the details are up on, although you'll have to go to a Three store to grab your iPad and plan.
