Samsung plans to launch its new Galaxy Tab 4 line-up in three different sizes with multiple model variants and colour options, according to PhoneArena. 

It didn't cite any sources, but said Samsung's Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 will come in three different models. The SM-T330 model has Wi-Fi only; the SM-T341 has 3G; and the SM-T335 has LTE. In addition, when the tablet releases, there will be the choice of two colour options - cream white or ebony black. 

As for specifications, Samsung's Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 will feature an 8-inch LCD screen with a 1280x800 resolution. It will also include a quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB RAM (1.5GB for LTE version), 16GB storage, 64GB microSD slot, 6800mAh battery, Android 4.4, 3-megapixel rear camera and 1.3-megapixel front camera. 

PhoneArena also offered specs for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. The latter tablet will feature a 7-inch LCD screen with a 1280x800 resolution, quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage, 64GB microSD slot, 4450mAh battery, Android 4.4, and the same cameras found in the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0.

And finally, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 will also come in three different models: the SM-T530 in Wi-Fi only; the SM-T531 with 3G; and SM-T535 with LTE. Specs include a 10.1 inch LCD screen with a 1280 x 800 resolution, quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 1.5GB RAM, 16GB storage, 64GB microSD slot, 6800mAh battery, Android 4.4, 8-megapixel rear camera, and 3-megapixel front camera.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab is a line of mid-range Android-based tablets. The upcoming Galaxy Tab 4 line-up is the successor to Samsung's year-old Galaxy Tab 3 line-up. PhoneArena said we could expect to see the new Galaxy Tab 4 tablets at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona later this month.
