Lenovo is taking MWC 2015 by storm by unveiling two new Android tablets and a Windows tablet.
Tab 2 A10-70
Starting of with the Tab 2 A10-70, it notably features a 10.1-inch FHD screen and Dolby Atmos, which, according to Lenovo, makes it the world's first 10-inch Android tablet to include the surround sound technology. It also features a multi-speaker soundbar and MediaTek 64-bit quad-core processor, and yet the tablet is just 8.9mm-thin.
Other features in the Android range from LTE connectivity and dual band Wi-Fi to an 8-megapixel rear camera and colour options that include Pearl White or Midnight Blue. The Lenovo Tab 2 A10 will be available in April, with pricing starting at $199 for Wi-Fi models and $279 for LTE models.
Tab 2 A8
The second Android tablet on display is the 8-inch entry Tab 2 A8. It is described as an "HD tablet" and features Android 5.0 Lollipop, a 5-megapixel rear camera, MediaTek 64-bit quad-core processor, dual SIM card slot for voice, LTE for data, and, like its bigger brother, Dolby Atmos surround sound technology.
The new Lenovo tablet also features up to 32 GB of storage via a microSD card and comes in the following colour options: Pearl White, Ebony, Midnight Blue, or Neon Pink. The Lenovo TAB 2 A8 will be available in June, with pricing starting at $129 for Wi-Fi models and $179 for LTE models.
Ideapad Miix 300
And finally, Lenovo hasn't forgotten about Windows. It's introducing the Ideapad Miix 300 as an "8-in tablet with the familiarity of Windows 8.1 along with Microsoft Office applications for productivity". It also features an IPS WUXGA screen, Intel Atom processor, up to 64 GB of internal eMMC storage, and a microSD card reader for transferring media.
Other features include dual cameras, a supposed long battery life, support for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The Lenovo Ideapad MiiX 300 will be available in July with a platinum silver finish only. Pricing should start at $149.
