OnePlus has teamed with Disney once again to produce a special Avengers: Infinity War edition of the OnePlus 6.

The company previously released a OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition in a tie-in with Disney and Lucasfilm. This time it has turned its attention to Avengers: Infinity War, the major blockbuster that has shattered plenty of box office records.

The Avengers edition of the OnePlus 6 has more bundled with it with than the Stars Wars-themed OnePlus 5T. For starters, it sports a Kevlar design on the back panel, which looks as though it has replaced the Mirror Black finish. There's also gold Avengers and OnePlus logos and a gold accent on the mute button.

Other features include an exclusive official Avengers wallpaper and an "Avengers Alliance" pack bundle in an Iron Man-shaped case and a gold Avengers medallion.

The phone itself is no different to the regular OnePlus 6, although you do get the highest-spec version, meaning 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

OnePlus' Indian division originally teased the device, and the Avengers Edition is on sale in that region and China only at present. It is available in India for 44,999 Rupees, 4,199 Yuan in China - so between £480 - £491. It's slightly more expensive than the regular OnePlus 6 equivalent.

The OnePlus 6 Marvel Avengers Limited Edition can be bought from Amazon India and OnePlus.in. The first batch sold out at the end of May, but it will go on sale again on 5 June from midday (Indian time).

We'll let you know if the limited edition model will be made available elsewhere, but have to admit it's looking unlikely.
