Pure's Jongo Bluetooth-enabled and wireless speaker system has launched in the US alongside the Pure Connect on-demand music service.

Pure Connect enhances Jongo, offering users access to live and on-demand radio content, a music collection and subscription music service, as well as the ability to listen offline. You can control the system either through smartphones or PCs.

There are three service plans to choose from: Pure Connect Green (free), Pure Connect Blue ($4.99 a month - introductory offer available to Pure device owners) and Pure Connect Violet (free for a month and then $9.99 a month). While the first is limited, the second offers unlimited streaming and the third has offline capability.
