Amazon Echo Show 15 review: Too much and too little

The Echos Show 15 is the largest yet from Amazon, with a 15.6in display. It's designed to be wall-mounted - the tilt stand is an additional $30. (image credit: Pocket-lint)
Much of the content is the same as other Echo Show devices - weather, recipes, news, calendar and music. (image credit: Pocket-lint)
To make it more useful, widgets can now keep certain information on the display, e.g. calendar or smart home controls. Sticky Notes are also great fun. (image credit: Pocket-lint)
There's an 5MP camera with a privacy cover. It will recognise you and tailor the content to registered users - but there's little offered via this system. (image credit: Pocket-lint)
There are two speakers in the rear edges, but the sound isn't great - it's not as good as the smaller Echo Show 10. (image credit: Pocket-lint)
While watching video content is great, many of the Skills don't seem optimised for a larger screen - so it feels like wasted potential. (image credit: Pocket-lint)
The bigger display and wall-mounting options are great, but the weak speakers and underutilized display space let the Echo Show 15 down. It could be way better. (image credit: Pocket-lint)
