Chinese phone manufacturer ZTE is clearly a big fan of selfies as it's put a whopping 13-megapixel camera on the front of its Nubia X6 smartphone.

The 6.44-inch smartphone will be able to display those high-resolution selfies on its 1920 x 1080 pixel display. But the top end specs don't stop there.

It also features the latest quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM and up to 128GB storage. And it's all powered by a hefty 4,250mAh battery.

Both the front and rear cameras are identical when it comes to 13-megapixel count, but there are differences between the two. The front camera features backside illumination, an f/2.2 lens and video auto-focus. The rear main camera has an f/2.0 lens, optical image stabilisation and dual flashes.

The ZTE Numbia X6 has only been announced for China at present. It is currently up for pre-order priced at $HK5010. That works out to be around £390 at the current exchange rate.
