Samsung has confirmed six new phones at CeBIT 2005 this year that will be available in the second half of the year. The new models will cover all the usual functions from 3G to megapixel phones. The most interesting however is the i300, which feautres a 3Gb internal hard drive for storing MP3 tracks and images.

The Samsung SGH i300 is the music option and this is proably the most forward thinking of the new models. The phone will come with a 3Gb internal hard drive to store your songs on. The phone will also come with a 1.3 megapixel flash camera and use Windows mobile OS software. Music can be listened to via a speaker included in the unit.

Samsung SGH Z700 will offer a 3 meagpixel flash camera and video recorder as well as 3G connectivity. The model will also sport a 2in 262k colour screen and 3D graphic accelerator for gaming.

The Samsung SGH Z500 hopes to be the world's most compact 3G phone weighing in at 95grams.

The Samsung SGH E720 follows on from the E700 and crams into the clamshell package a megapixel camera, Bluetooth and a user memory of 88.5MB.

The Samsung SGH E350 and Samsung SGH E530 are the entry-level models. The E350 weighs 78grams and comes with a VGA camera while the E530 will offer swappable colours and is aimed, according to Samsung to the Gizmo Girls out there.
