Samsung's latest version of S Voice has been revealed online ahead of its expected unveiling on board the Galaxy S5. The S5 should be revealed by Samsung at Mobile World Congress on 24 February.

The S Voice system has had an update to its looks with a much flatter layout. The simplicity, some might say, looks rather iOS 7-like. But that minty blue background reminds us of Windows 95, nice.

The S Voice functionality, according to Sam Mobile, has been improved for greater speed in voice recognition. But in comparison to Google Now its still not as good at recognising different accents, says Sam Mobile.

The settings in S Voice have changed too. Extras like "Wake up in secured lock" and "Auto-start speaker" have been added. We particularly like the option to check missed events via voice commands through a headset - meaning the phone can stay pocketed.

Sam Mobile says we can expect to see this new version of S Voice appear on the Samsung Galaxy S5. This should be revealed at the Samsung Unpacked event at Mobile World Congress on 24 February.
