The thing with the rumour mill is that it is sometimes easy to dismiss something that turns our to be the real deal. We mean, on first inspection, this Ukrainian website's details of a forthcoming Samsung Galaxy S follow up looks a tad fishy.

The picture is a bit blurry but our grasp of the Ukrainian alphabet isn't great - so we can't be sure.

However, the rumour does seem to be gaining momentum online, so we thought it best we bring it to you just in case, to save you the bother of having to go digging on obscure phone rumour blogs.

The spec being bandied about is very impressive - so we hope that it does turn out to be genuine.

The Samsung Galaxy S2 has reportedly got a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED 2 screen, with a 720p HD resolution.

On board it is said to be packing a 2GHz processor and 1GB of RAM with 32GB of flash memory that is upgradable via microSD.

Now, and this is where the rumour enters uncharted territory, by including a separate rumour within its rumour (it's a rumour vortex) - the Galaxy S2 will apparently be running Android 3.0, which could possibly be the Gingerbread codename we've heard all about.

We're just playing the part of the messenger in this circle of rumours - so don't be too disappointed if the reports turn out not to be entirely accurate.

Mind you, the last rumours of a Galaxy S handset did come to fruition - courtesy of the QWERTY version Samsung Epic 4G. Let's hope this one bears some fruit as well.
