If Nokia wasn't already reeling from a poor Q3 earnings report, then news leaked out to Music Ally probably won't help lift their mood either.

According to documents shown to the music industry website, Nokia has managed to sign up just 107,000 customers to its Comes with Music offering.

Broken down further and the UK takes the lion's share with 32,728 customers since its launch in October 2008.

Nokia, who has spent big to promote the service that gives users access to unlimited music, will no doubt have hoped for better performance.

"While the offering is a great one, trying to explain it to consumers is a tough sell. What do you get? What happens to the tracks? Do you have to keep paying?" an industry expert told us. "It's been the core problem." 

Nokia, according to the site, wouldn't be drawn on the numbers.
