LG has announced a new mobile phone in Korea on Wednesday that promises a full blown web experience including HTML 5.

Called the LG Mini or LG GD880 it's been announced in the Far East and is expected to hit Europe in the next couple of weeks.

However before Brits get too excited, LG in the UK has told Pocket-lint it is unsure as to whether it will be stocking the handset in Great Britain at the moment.

Those outside of the Empire will be able to use that new Phantom Browser to watch some videos online as well as get their email pushed to them.

On the hardware side the phone features a 5-megapixel camera with AF, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, FM Radio, LG Air Sync and 7.2Mbps HSDPA, so you can use that browser on the go.
