A list of HTC smartphones supposedly getting the Android 4.1 or Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update has leaked on Twitter from noted tipster @Football4PDA.

In the Tweet, @Football4PDA states:

"List of HTC Devices that will get JB Update: Evitare, Evita, Fireball, Jewel 2 TotemC2 Ville VilleC2 Valente#WX"

If you are struggling to recognise those names, that's because they are the original codenames for the phones before getting their retail branding.

Decoded it becomes:

"List of HTC Devices that will get JB Update: One X+ with LTE, One XL, Droid Incredible 4G LTE, EVO 4G LTE, One SV, One VX, One S, One S C2 and J #WX"

As you can see, the list is fairly wide-ranging and includes devices already running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and devices like the One SV announced in the UK on Tuesday that will more than likely come with Jelly Bean pre-installed.

It's also not country specific with the J being Japan only and the EVO 4G LTE model exclusive to Sprint in the US.

HTC has yet to officially confirm whether these devices will or will not be getting the new update.

We will keep you posted.
