If you’re still waiting for HTC to release the HTC 7 Pro, it’s Windows Phone 7 touting QWERTY keyboard slider, then you might be in luck as O2 in Germany is listing the phone as landing in the Fatherland in January.

While there are no details about a UK launch, it’s a good sign that the phone is ready to be released in Europe at the start of the year.

Announced back in October at the official Windows Phone 7 launch, HTC said that the 7 Pro would be coming at a later date, presumably to allow customers to snap up its three other launch smartphones; the HTC 7 Mozart, the HTC 7 Trophy, and the HTC HD7.

Now that excitement has died down, and LG  and Dell are gearing up to release their QWERTY keyboard offerings; the LG Optimus 7Q and the Dell Venue Pro HTC must think now is the time to make its QWERTY offering a reality.

Specs to look forward to include a 1GHz processor, a 3.6-inch screen, 5 megapixel camera, and 16GB of internal storage.

We will keep you posted.
