Images rumoured to be the Samsung Ativ Book Lite, which is expected to be launched later today at a Samsung event in London, have been leaked online ahead of Samsung's press conference. The official-looking press pictures show Samsung's yet to be released notebooks in action.
The Ativ Book 9 Lite is said to use a AMD A6 APU, comes with a 128GB SSD and has 4GB of RAM. At the other end of the range is the Ativ Book 9 Plus, which rather than using AMD's system on a chip features fourth-generation Intel Haswell processors.
A third model, called the Ativ Book Q, is expected to be the highlight of the event. Judging by the leaked press shots, the slider tablet come laptop device will follow the same design as the Acer Aspire R7 and Sony Vaio Duo. Priced at around 1,600 euros (£1,200) according to Italian site notebookitalia.it, it will use an Intel Haswell chip and feature the similar specs. Details are still thin, but this is expected to be the new Samsung Windows 8 flagship. Every laptop is rumoured to sport a 13.3-inch display.
We should know more about the new Samsung Windows 8 products later this evening when Samsung eventually unveils them for real. Naturally Pocket-lint will be at the event ready to cover everything announced in detail or you can watch the live feed of the event hosted on Pocket-lint here.
