Microsoft could be unveiling the Surface 3 with Nvidia 64-bit Tegra K1 processor this year, along with a Surface Mini with 4G LTE.

Microsoft previously mentioned that new "aspect ratio and sizes" of Surface tablets were on their way. Now @MSFTnerd has tweeted that Microsoft is looking into using the 64-bit Tegra K1, dubbed Denver, in its next Surface 3 tablet.

The same source also says the Surface Mini will arrive before the next Surface 3. This Surface Mini should come with 4G LTE connectivity, which will also be added to both version of the current Surface 2 tablets first.

Xbox TV was also mentioned as being on its way possibly with AMD's Mullin processor inside. The Surface notebooks, which were rumoured previously, have been placed on hold according to the source.
