Logitech has launched a new wireless notebook mouse that promises to be powered for a whole year on a single AA battery charge.

The Logitech V200 Cordless Notebook Mouse is just one of two new mice launched by the peripherals company. Logitech also announced the launch of the Logitech Cordless Mini Optical Mouse for the notebook market, which will only offer enough power to last 4 months on a single charge.

Both new mice are cordless, feature a battery-light indicator that notifies users when the batteries are running low and include a miniature USB wireless receiver that is paired individually with the mouse during manufacturing.

Both mice also offer Logitech's Tilt Wheel Plus Zoom, which allows people to scroll left, right, up and down, and zoom in and out of images, Web pages and open documents.

The Logitech V200 Cordless Notebook Mouse will have a suggested retail price £34.99 while the Logitech Cordless Mini Optical Mouse will cost £24.99.
