Lenovo has announced the ThinkPad T400s laptop, said to have been created to "give business users a thin and light yet powerful, feature-packed PC".
Inspired by the ThinkPad X300, the T400 measures 0.83 of an inch and weighs in at under 4 pounds. With a 14.1-inch LED screen, the T400s gets the option of solid state drive storage and Lenovo's "Top Cover Roll Cage", made from monocoque carbon reinforced fibre, that makes the laptop super-sturdy.
Spec is dependent on what people are prepared to pay out, with a choice of Intel 2.53 GHz Core 2 Duo processors, a choice of solid state drive storage up to 128GB or 250GB hard drive storage, DVD burner or Blu-ray player or an ExpressCard slot or card reader.
Boasting up to 6 hours battery life, the ThinkPad T400 laptop is available in the States now with prices from approximately $1599.
In the UK, models start at approximately £1760 excluding VAT.
