Asus has unveiled a new line of wireless LCD monitors, namely the EZLink series.

With no Eee branding to be seen, the EZLink series promises a "minimalist approach" and allows users to connect displays via a Wireless Host Controller Interface (WHCI) or Wireless USB Host Wire Adapter, with apparently no loss in image quality.

Asus has also confirmed two energy-efficient "green" monitors, the VH192C and VH196.

Both monitors are made with low levels of mercury, have just two lamps to save more than 20% in power consumption, and feature aspect control technology for a 4:3 aspect ratio.

Additionally, the Asus VH192C also incorporates a "Color Shine" glare-type panel for better colour density and image clarity.

Other details for either monitor range are thin on the ground at the moment, but we'll be sure to bring you more when we have it.
