Asus has solved the problem of low-power graphics on notebook computers with its XG Station.

The world's first external graphics card station connects to both your laptop and an external display to boost graphics power and help you to monitor it.

It's equipped with an Express Card interface, USB2, and Dolby Headphone Technology, as well as HDMI.

Asus claims that the device, equipped with an Asus EN7900GS graphics card, gives a laptop nine times faster acceleration.

You can control the overclocking with a dedicated GPU clock speed adjustment, and monitor volume, GPU temperature, FPS, and GPU fan speed indicator on an LCD screen on the front of it.

The XG Station will be released in the second quarter of this year.
