As promised, Apple has released a 5MB update to its new MacBook Pro-line, bringing along several necessary fixes.
Many users who bought the 13-inch Retina MacBook Pro in October noticed the keyboard and trackpad becoming unresponsive at times.
The update, now available on the Mac App Store's software update, fixes the issue according to Apple. "This update addresses an issue where the built-in keyboard and Multi-Touch trackpad may become unresponsive," the company explained on its website.
Furthermore, the new 15-inch Retina MacBook Pro was updated with a fix for an issue that caused limited performance of the "discrete graphics processor after a system wake or boot".
There's nothing more frustrating than a new gadget that refuses to work. Luckily, Apple has made good on its promise. Grab the update if you were seeing issues.
