BenQ has launched a slew of monitors to the UK market.

The 24-inch widescreen G2400WD display which boasts dynamic contrast ratio of 4000:1 and 2ms grey-to-grey response time is one such new offering.

The 379 euro display features WUXGA resolution (1920 x 1200, full-HD 1080p), a HDMI port and a vertical and horizontal viewing angle of 160 degrees.

Two "gleaming" white displays have also been launched that offer a 16:9 1080p format: the 21.5-inch and 24-inch monitors M2200HD and M2400HD.

Both models feature a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, an HDMI 1.3 and DVI interface (with HDCP support) and a dynamic contrast of 10,000:1 as well as a response time of 2ms.

The M series, aimed at home and office users, gets a detachable 2-megapixel webcam, are is made up of the 21.5-inch E2200HD and the 24-inch E2400HD monitors.

Both of these also offer the 16:9 1080p format, have a black piano finish and feature a native resolution of 1920 x 1080p, a 10000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and a 2ms response time (GtG).

These models also boast an HDMI 1.3 port and DVI connection (both with HDCP support).

The 21.6-inch glossy bezelled widescreens G2110W and G2110WA have also been announced.

The G2110W/WA are equipped with WSXGA resolution of 1680 x 1050, Dynamic Contrast Ratio of 2500:1 and a 5ms response time.

Finally, there's a new 22-inch display, the G2200W. This display gets a dynamic contrast ratio of 2500:1, 5ms response time, 1680 x 1050 resolution, a viewing angle of 160 degrees 300 cd/m2 brightness.
