Progress on the new Mirror's Edge game is slow going it seems, but that hasn't stopped EA talking up the game even though it seems a long way from an official release.

At this year's E3 event in Los Angeles, EA used some of their press conference to detail a little more of the game and how they will be using a variety of different Parkour moves to enhance everything further.

Accordingly to game developers DICE, "Mirror's Edge is all about fluidity, physicality and movement."

Until then we are left watching a conceptual prototype and the notion that this would make an amazing Oculus Rift or Project Morpheus game for the PS4.

No word, or even a sniff about a release date, but you should take heed in knowing that Sara Jansson, the game's senior producer, is "fortunate enough to play the game we are building every day and cannot wait to share it with all of you."
