Activision and Treyarch have announced a new DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops II - dubbed "Revolution" - in an hilarious trailer.
The Replacer, played by actor Peter Stormare, explains the new update, which features four maps, one weapon, and new mode that allows gamers to take the role of a zombie.
The weapon is the "Peacekeeper," a powerful SMG that players will surely want to get their hands-on. The four maps that will allow you to get away from the now boring set that shipped with the game have also been detailed: Hydro set in Pakistan, Grind set in California, Downhill set in the French Alps, and Mirage set in the Gobi Desert. Lastly the "Turned" game mode that allows you to turn into a zombie sounds thrilling.
"In this new game mode, run and wreak havoc as a zombie, trying to kill the lone human in the map. Once you successfully kill the human, you respawn as the lone human. You get points only when you’re the human, so it’s important you fend off the hoard of zombies (ie, the other players) for as long as possible," explains the folks behind the update.
The DLC will be available for Xbox 360 users on 29 January and PlayStation and PS3 users sometime in February. Pricing for Revolution hasn't been detailed, but previous DLC for the Call of Duty franchise has been priced at $15.
