It's been a busy day over at the Creative Labs. First up we get wind of the ZiiO Android tablets, then there's the launch of the ZiiSound T6, and now news has broken regarding the Creative Zen Touch 2 - an Android powered PMP.

The Zen Touch 2 has a 3.2-inch touch screen and is running the Éclair variation of Android (like the tabs).

Creative is really pushing its Pure Wireless family of products at the moment, and the Zen Touch 2 is no exception to that rule. It's Bluetooth friendly, meaning that you can hook it up to your favourite Bluetooth enabled headphones for wireless music on the go.

The Zen Touch 2 also has a built-in web browser and Wi-Fi connectivity, along with a built-in 2-megapixel camera making this a social media player.

There's also GPS and compass features on board as well as composite video-out, an accelerometer, a microSD slot and FM Radio.

There's three options that will become available in December - an 8GB version without GPS for £149.99, a 16GB version without GPS for £159.99 and an 8GB version with GPS for £159.99. Sadly, and weirdly, there's no mention of a 16GB version with GPS, which would have undoubtedly been the winner.

Creative has also announced a new pair of Bluetooth headphones to compliment the Zen Touch 2. The Creative WP-300 Bluetooth headphones have a range of 10m and boast neodymium drivers and audio-video synchronisation from the built-in apt-X Bluetooth technology.

The WP-300s are also out in December, priced at £89.99.
