Following its announcement earlier in the year in the US, SanDisk has announced that UK customers will be able to get the Sansa Fuze in a range of colours other than black.
Making the announcement at IFA in Berlin, a spokesperson for the company said that us Brits can expect the new colours on 22 September next month.
The players, which will still come in 2GB, 4GB and 8GB models complete with a microSD slot will offer all the same features but now be available in pink, silver, blue and red.
The player has a 1.9-inch screen supports MP3, WAV, Audible (for audio books) and Windows Media Audio (WMA) in both unprotected and protected files as well as MPEG4 video and JPEG.
Its internal rechargeable battery claims playtime for up to 24 hours of audio and 5 hours of video between charges.
The memory card company that has since ventured into MP3 players has also confirmed to Pocket-lint that it will be offering it's smaller Sansa Clip MP3 player in the same colours.
In America the company claims around 13% of the market making it number 2 after Apple's dominating 70%. In the UK however it lulls behind other makers such as Creative, something that SanDisk say it is trying to fix with these new models.
