Lumus creates advanced heads-up display technology for fighter pilots flying F-16 jets and now it wants to offer that technology to the public.

The heads-up display tech will be available to OEM companies who can use it in their smartglasses. That's right Google, you have even more competition incoming.

The Lumus techology is able, using the Android OS, to understand gestures for a hand-controlled system. It can even throw up an AR map in front of the user. This sounds a lot like the gesture controls shown off by Antheer Labs.
