The FuelBand SE brings several new features over the first version, including hourly goals, sessions, and the ability to track your wrist movements more precisely, among stylish new colours. Nike hasn't changed the price up, making it available for $149/£129 on its 6 November launch date.
Apple and Nike have had a close relationship for quite some time, so it only makes sense for the FuelBand SE to go to the Apple Online Store first. “NikeFuel is a single, universal way to measure all kinds of activities - from your morning workout to your big night out," it explains. "This uniquely designed metric applies to whole-body movement no matter your age, weight or gender."
The bad news? Still no Android support. Nike and Apple are well and truly snuggled up in bed together on this one. FourSquare has also cosied up and will use tracking data to help predict popular areas and make suggestions of places you might like to be at certain times on the FuelBand SE.
Nike revealed to Pocket-lint in October that current Nike FuelBand users will be getting a host of new features alongside those detailed for the Nike FuelBand SE model that has just landed.
