After a shaky start, DJI has released numerous firmware updates to enable all the previously promised features, and now the Mavic 3 is better than ever. (image credit: Pocket-lint)
Strapped up
We loved the redesigned gimbal protector that secures the propellers, sensors and camera all with a single strap around the drone. (image credit: Pocket-lint)
Accessories
The bag included with the Fly More combo impressed us, too. But it would have been nice to have seen an update to the controller. (image credit: Pocket-lint)
Cameras
The most noticeable addition to the camera is the new tele lens. It allows you to get some awesome unique shots, but it's a shame the quality isn't as good. (image credit: Pocket-lint)
Sensor
The real star of the show is the massive 4/3 sensor, which captures exceptionally detailed images and gorgeous 5.1K videos. (image credit: Pocket-lint)
Flight
In flight, the Mavic 3 is stable, speedy and confidence-inspiring. Battery life is fantastic, even in challenging conditions, and the range is massive. (image credit: Pocket-lint)
Verdict
We think most consumers would be better served by one of DJI's more affordable drones, but, if you need the best of the best, we're pretty sure this is it. (image credit: Pocket-lint)
