Fujifilm has announced a new touchscreen camera in Japan that automatically focuses on objects when you point at them.

The Fujifilm Z300, which will be released later in the month, will let users focus and then take a shot without the need of the shutter button in a similar way to many digital cameras on mobile phones.

The camera, which looks very similar in design to previous Fujifilm outings, although void of buttons will come with a 10-megapixel sensor, ISO up to 1600 and 5x optical zoom.

Fujifilm has yet to announce whether or not the camera will be available outside of Japan.

We will keep you posted.
