Canon is to release two limited-edition premium versions of its PowerShot S120 and PowerShot G16 compact cameras which you can customise with different coloured accessories that come in the pack. Sadly though, they are just for the Japanese market.

The PowerShot G16 Premium Box at 69,980 yen (£445) and PowerShot S120 Premium Box at 54,980 yen (£350) each come with custom laser engraving and a selection of parts in the box in red, gold, silver and black. The lens ring, for example, can be changed to suit the user, or the selection dial.

The S120 also comes with a leather case and strap, while the G16 includes a different kind of strap and lens cover.

Both cameras will be available in Japan from 30 October and when bought from Canon's online store will come with a three-year warranty.
