Calumet has released two new backpacks that will make it easier for the on-the-go photographer to transport all of their DSLR kit and laptop computer wherever they need to go.
Made with construction techniques that allow rapid access to your camera equipment and maximum protection when you are on the go, the BP935 and the BP1500 are built with a durable exterior of 100-percent ballistic pattern nylon.
Both offer a fully adjustable suspension system with comfortably padded shoulder straps, secure waist strap and triple-adjustment chest strap for comfort, balance and safety.
For your multimedia needs, water resistant headphone ports are built into the backpack, while the waist belt features two compartments for convenient access to your mobile or MP3 player. The fully padded laptop storage compartment accommodates up to 17-inch models and provides peace of mind with extra padding on the bottom.
The top exterior outer pocket offers three levels of storage for personal accessories, while the bottom exterior outer pocket is gusseted to hold lightweight items. An exterior fishnet storage pouch allows you to carry water bottles, plus a reinforced rubberized bottom with anti-skid feet and secure loops allow you to carry a monopod or light jacket.
The BP935 retails for $169.99 (around £85), while the slightly bigger BP1500, which features a unique tripod carrying system with foot pouch, retails for $199.99 (around £100). Neither are showing as up on Calumet's UK site at the moment, but we're sure it will only be a matter of time before they do. We'll keep you updated with anything we spot.
