Epson has launched two new multi-purpose printers called the The Epson Stylus D88 and Stylus D68.

The new four-colour printers will be geared towards the home or small office and feature four individual ink cartridges. Both models offer a resolution of up to 5760 optimised dpi and support borderless printing up to A4.

The Stylus D88 Photo Edition, will include a Photo Starter Pack that contains ArcSoft PhotoImpression 5 software, 5in x 7in Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper and a photo album. It will be capable of printing up to 22pages per minute.

Likewise, a Photo Edition will be available for the Stylus D68 as well, and it will give users a Photo Starter Pack that contains 5in x 7in Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper and a photo album. The printer will be capable of printing up to 17 pages per minute.


Both models use individual ink cartridges for economical and cost effective printing. This means that when a colour runs out, you just need to replace that cartridge. Cartridges will cost £6.60 each.

The Epson Stylus Photo D88 will cost £59 and the Photo Edition £69. The Epson Stylus Photo D68 will cost £49.
