If you don't want your photo skills shamed, we suggest you go ahead and move to the next article. The winners of the annual iPhone Photography Awards were announced on Wednesday, showing some truly stellar photography that can be achieved with a mobile handset.
The Awards range in roughly 16 categories with a winner named in each. An overall winner was also announced - this year a photo of a horse overlooking a meadow taken by Holly West .
Participants must have taken the photo with an iPhone and the only editing that could be done was with an iOS-based app like Hipstimatic, Camera+, or Instagram. We think it puts the focus on true photo creativity, rather than using some expensive rig to snap an image.
The iPhone Photography Awards have been around since 2007, "celebrating the creativity of the iPhone users since the first iPhone has inspired, excited and engaged the users worldwide". The judges waded through thousands of images submitted by iPhone photographers from 38 countries.
You can view all of the winners on the Award's website.
