Twitter is testing a new feature which could further capapult the number of people that you follow.
The new feature currently only available to around 10 per cent of twitter users will show you who you and other people you happen to be looking at to see if you've got followers in common.
"We're testing the "You both follow" feature (in the profile sidebar). Only 10% of people have it for now," said Nick Kallen a developer at Twitter confirmed on his twitter account, before going on to say that the feature was available to all for a brief time while they did further tests.
It is not clear whether the new feature, which will appear above the followers box on the right hand nav on the Twitter website will only be available to Twitter website users or be added to the vast array of API options available to developers.
