Google has blurred some of its satellite images in India within its Google Earth software application following a request from the Indian Government.
According to news reports online, the government was worried that the clarity of the images of certain locations including military and government buildings was causing security concerns.
It's not the first time that military or government buildings have been blurred.
Many other areas in Google Earth have been blurred or censored at the request of other governments.
In a report in the Times of India, the Indian government said that detailed plans of buildings and accurate maps could prove a boon to extremists.
India's fears were first aired in 2005 - soon after the service launched.
Building blurred in the past have included nuclear power stations and other military installations.
