Google seems to be in the midst of a massive promotional push for its Chrome browser. We've seen billboards in the streets, huge newspaper ads, and now this - a site that lets you send Chrome for Christmas.

The idea is that you send it to your relatives, who might be unaware of the range of alternative browsers out there. The service is essentially an e-card, allowing you to put in an email address, and attach a photo or video.

Google says: "If you're looking for gift ideas, why not wrap up Google Chrome with one of our shiny themes and give the gift of super-fast browsing? Google Chrome is so simple to use, even your granny will love it".

Would you send Chrome to a loved one? Or would you wrap up Firefox, Opera or another browser instead? Let us know in the comments.
