The Apple Store has introduced three new services designed to help customers get the most out of their Mac or iPod.

"One to One" will offer Apple consumers hands-on training with Apple Store's team of expert "Creatives" who are all either professional experts from the film or music industries, television or photography experts, webmasters or composers. The one on one training sessions will be tailored to suit the individual and will be customised dependent on the individual's level of experience. One to One membership will cost £79 per year.

For professionals, heavy Mac users and small-to-medium sized businesses there is a new "ProCare" program, also priced at just £79 a year. The ProCare service begins with complete set up for a new Mac, and offers ongoing offer of rapid repair and QuickDrop repair drop off, same-day and 14-day advance reservations at the Genius Bar, yearly tune-ups and backup consultations for up to three Macs per membership.

Last, but not least, for the time-poor consumer of today is a new Personal Shopping service that gives expert help shopping for a specific product at a time that's most convenient for the customer. Using Apple's online concierge system, customers can reserve time with a Mac Specialist to find the Mac or iPod that meets their individual needs.
