Like most pieces of software they can become available on the web before the manufacturers can officially release it onto the market. This can be said for Apple's new iPhone.

A Polish blogger is claiming he is using the iPhone software on his Microsoft Pocket PC. This follows an announcement made by a software developer a few weeks ago that he had managed to upload the product on to his PDA.

But on 1 April, the Polish blogger and lawyer, Tomasz Rychlicki, began hosting the software on his site, inviting people to download it.

Tomasz shows a phone called the E-TEN M600 that has a screen with shots reminiscent of Apple's unreleased iPhone.

The iPhone will not be available in the UK until at least the end of the year by all accounts.
